Circular Society Concepts: 3R Principles - TSV
The 3R principles are core action guidelines for establishing a circular society, with their legal priority order established by the Fundamental Law for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society enacted in 2000. The three principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle aim to suppress waste generation and promote the cyclic use of resources, thereby reducing natural resource consumption and environmental impact.
