Health Guidelines - INI
Health guidelines are a set of guidelines formulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and related organizations to support citizens' health promotion. These include the Dietary Balance Guide, Physical Activity and Exercise Guide, and Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese, which are based on scientific evidence for preventing lifestyle-related diseases and extending healthy life expectancy.
