Notarized Documents - CSV
Notarized documents are official documents prepared by a notary public, who is a government official appointed by the Minister of Justice, at notary offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice. There are two main types: notarized deeds concerning legal acts (contracts, wills, etc.) and notarized deeds concerning facts related to private rights (fact-experiment notarized deeds). These documents possess high evidentiary power and enforceability. Since October 2024, electronic recording has become the standard, and remote notarization is now possible.
