Public Services and Administrative Procedures refer to various services and procedures provided by local governments to residents. Centered around 59 priority procedures closely related to daily life such as childcare, long-term care, social security, water utilities, and disaster support, convenience and efficiency are being improved through online initiatives promoted by the Digital Agency. With the development of electronic application systems utilizing My Number Card, an environment where procedures can be completed on smartphones and other devices is being established.
