Medical Symptoms

Medical symptoms refer to physical or mental abnormalities perceived by patients and serve as important clues for diagnosis. The WHO's ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision) systematically classifies symptoms, signs, and clinical findings into categories such as general symptoms, pain, neurological symptoms, and respiratory symptoms. Fever, cough, headache, fatigue, dizziness, runny nose, nausea, and pain are among the most common examples.
