Consumer Rights - TSV

Consumer rights consist of eight fundamental rights defined in the Consumer Basic Law (right to satisfaction of basic needs, right to a healthy living environment, right to safety, right to choice, right to information, right to consumer education, right to have opinions reflected in policy, and right to redress), supported by related legal frameworks including the Product Liability Act (PL Law), Specified Commercial Transactions Act (Cooling-off system), and Consumer Contract Act. These rights aim to correct the imbalance of information and negotiating power between consumers and businesses, and to protect and promote consumer interests.
