Food safety standards are international management systems designed to ensure safety throughout the entire food supply chain. Various standards exist including ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, SQF, and GLOBALG.A.P., each contributing to safety assurance in food manufacturing, processing, distribution, and retail. These standards are recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and are widely adopted worldwide.
