Sleep Disorders - CSV
Sleep disorders refer to various problems related to sleep, such as inability to obtain sufficient sleep, excessive daytime sleepiness, and abnormal behaviors during sleep. According to the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICSD-3), they are classified into six main categories: insomnia, sleep-related breathing disorders, central disorders of hypersomnolence, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, parasomnias, and sleep-related movement disorders. Representative disorders include insomnia, sleep apnea syndrome, and narcolepsy. Many of these disorders can be improved with proper diagnosis and treatment.
