主要な国際人権条約 - INI
国際人権条約は、国際連合が採択した人権の保護と促進を目的とした条約群です。世界人権宣言（1948年）を基礎として、経済的・社会的・文化的権利に関する国際規約（社会権規約）、市民的・政治的権利に関する国際規約（自由権規約）など、9つの核心的人権条約を中心に構成されています。各条約には専門の条約委員会が設置され、締約国の履行状況を監視しています。
