Types of Parks

Types of parks is a classification system based on the Urban Park Law, categorized into basic parks (residential base parks and urban base parks), special parks, large-scale parks, and other parks (buffer green spaces, urban green spaces, greenways, etc.). Each park type is defined based on criteria such as purpose, scale, and catchment area, forming the foundation of green space development in urban planning. Various types of parks, including comprehensive parks, neighborhood parks, sports parks, scenic parks, and zoos/botanical gardens, contribute to citizens' lives.
