Administrative Consultation Contact Points - Markdown

The Administrative Counseling System is administered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), which widely accepts complaints, opinions, and requests regarding the operations of national government agencies, independent administrative agencies, and special corporations. It is a mechanism that promotes problem resolution from a position different from the responsible ministries and agencies, and aims to improve administrative systems and operations. Various consultation contact points have been established, including 50 Administrative Counseling Centers 'KIKUMIMI' nationwide, the Administrative Complaint Hotline 110 (0570-090-110), email counseling, and approximately 5,000 Administrative Counseling Committee members. The system operates free of charge with strict confidentiality, handling approximately 120,000 consultations annually.
