Consumer Life Center - TSV

Consumer Life Centers are consumer consultation offices established by local governments (municipalities and prefectures). They support resolution of disputes between consumers and businesses, handling a wide range of consultations including contract issues, fraudulent business practice damages, mail order troubles, and product safety. They are established nationwide and accept consultations free of charge.
