Educational Counseling Services - TOML

Educational counseling services provide professional support for children facing various school-related issues such as bullying, school refusal, and friendship problems. Government agencies including the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), local governments, and private organizations collaborate to offer 24/7 consultation services through phone, email, SNS, and in-person meetings. These services are part of bullying prevention efforts under the Act for the Promotion of Measures to Prevent Bullying, supporting children's rights and healthy development.
