ビタミン・ミネラルは、人体の正常な機能維持に不可欠な微量栄養素です。ビタミンは脂溶性(A・D・E・K)と水溶性(B群・C)に分類され、ミネラルは多量ミネラル(7種類)と微量ミネラル(9種類)に分類されます。これらはエネルギー代謝、骨格形成、免疫機能、神経伝達など様々な生理機能に関与しており、バランスの取れた食事から摂取することが重要です。
