行政相談窓口 - INI
行政相談制度は、総務省が主管する制度で、国の行政機関や独立行政法人・特殊法人の業務に対する苦情、意見・要望を幅広く受け付けます。担当府省とは異なる立場から問題の解決を促進し、行政の制度・運営の改善を図る仕組みです。全国50か所の行政相談センター「きくみみ」、行政苦情110番（0570-090-110）、メール相談、全国約5,000人の行政相談委員など、多様な相談窓口が設置されています。無料・秘密厳守で運営されており、年間約12万件の相談を受け付けています。
